Race On Formula Master talentfiles

Heyho,
i need help to configur my talentfiles.

I added all F1 2010 dirvers and built for each one a talentfile. But i habe problems to add for example to sameone like Bruno senna a gap about 5 seconds each lap.

i modfied many attributs like RaceAbility but non had the effect i hoped


Please help me
