Race Track Builder - Licence possibilities of tracks

Hy @all

I bought race track builder.

now i want to build a track for an opensource project. I wonder if I can license a track under CC0 with RTB?

It is clear to me that I am not allowed to use Google Api for this. but what about the textures and the props? or at least only the mesh... I could also make the textures myself. Finally, the meshes and their UV's are very good.

I'd like to ask Brandon myself, but I can't reach him.

Or is Bob's Racetrack Builder better for CC0 or MIT licenses?
I hope someone hir can give me information!
