Common peeps...rain & F1 does not go together. Way too difficult for drivers and thus way too dangerous
Sollution: cancle the race. Send all fans back home, close it all up and put a sign at the gate: Race terminated because of rain. No refund on tickets
No wet tyres anymore. No spray or difficult situations F1 drivers can't handle and F1 is safer again
For drivers looking for another job: at the golfcourse in my town they need a greenkeep

It is the heavy weight and the non-sufficient brakes to slow those cars down, that is the reason they won't race in the rain with NASCAR type of cars. Although they did some races with the Nationwide Series. (Montreal for instance).
