Remote Server IA Setup

Hi all,
We have a small Champ going on and we have some problems to solve.
As we are only a few human drivers we also have some IA drivers on it and the problem we have is that the IA drivers always have the max engine mix and they run out of fuel. We would also like to make them use the medium tyre compound and not the softest available.
We all know how to assign a setup to IA driver in local single and multiplayer but... we can't do this in a rented remote server.
Does anyone know how to make it work??
