Savegame missing

My F1 2011 game lags on the first screen (the grey one with the logo on it). I have read about a solution that involves deleting a savegame file, but i don't have a savegame folder. I just installed the game, and I don't have one. I tried reinstalling, but the problem is still there. What do i do?

Savegames is located under the following folder, not in the installation folder.

C:\Users\Hill\Documents\My Games\FormulaOne2011

Yes, I know. It's not there Can someone upload a clean savefile (or even a current savefile) for me to download?
