Sim Hub & Wind Sim Help

While waiting for my SFX100 motors to come from China (Ordered on Feb 1st still in HK! two months later!) so while waiting I figured it'll be a good time to sim wind running. Well I'm not getting power to the fans, I'm using some Wathai fans with 12v power supply. Followed all the Arduino Uno/shield setup but when I go to test fans don't spin despite Simhub's recognition of the setup so far. The fans are using a 4 pin config so just hooked up black and red but still nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Output in Simhub is set correctly? Power is plugged into the motorshield directly, not the Uno?

Yes, think I bought the wrong board, have an original one coming. Learned the hard way that there was a difference between a Leonardo board and an Uno board. So put it on hold until the replacement comes.
