Sim Market Place - Thread Prefix

Allow editing of thread prefix after thread has been posted and add a "SOLD" prefix so that sellers can update their listing. This would give those browsing an instant indication rather than reading through threads only to find the item is sold. Could also be useful for filtering out those sold items completely.
