Steering wheel in mirrors

After registering my retail key on steam.

Getting this problem, just the top half of the steering wheel covers the rear view mirrors and wing mirrors.

Never had this problem on my retail copy.

Virtual does the same thing, i have tried some other cars, nothing seems to be different.

Ive had this as well. Verify your files through steam. If I remember correctly, this solved it for me.
