Strange Normal/VR issue - "halo" appearing in-game cockpit

This is probably a really simple one but I can't for the life of me figure out what I've done to get this affect:

So you have an AMD video card and update to 19.12.2? If so, there is a known issue with a halo, but it's only been reported in the Cliffhouse.

Nope!

There are starting to be other halo issues reported with the latest AMD drivers. The first reports was it appearing in the Cliffhouse, but now there are some reports of it in VR games. If you have an AMD card, you might want to roll back if you loaded 19.12.2. If you're on old drivers or Nvidia, I'm (once again) useless.

So strange as I was using it yesterday without issue.

SOLVED!

Visor Mod in track turned on for some reason! Found in TUNING menu.
