stuck making objects

Hi, I`m new to track building and find it fun and a challenge.The problem i got is I`ve done some 3d objects using Google Sketchup6 and now I`m lost on how to put them into bob track builder ,so if anyone can gives us a simple explanation how to put 3d objects from sketchup to BTB it would be most appreciated, cheers
