OK thanks, I'm gonna back up my SSD before I start messing around, but I'll take a look in the next few days. Has all this happened since the Oculus update which forces you to run Home?

That's a good question tbh. I've fiddled around so much that I've almost lost track of what's affected what. Although my first impression of the 'forced oculus' update was that it actually seemed to improve framerates. I'm sure we'll get there eventually
