PC2 TRACKIR with PC2 working?

So as the title says, does anyone know if Project Cars 2 supports Trackir? I'm in love with Trackir and would love to purchase this sim as it could be my go-to along side R3E and there's so much hype, but I need to know if Trackir 5 Pro works in the newly released Project Cars 2.

I've asked this question over at Natural Point forums since Monday and no reply yet...

Yes, TrackIR works with PC2. IIRC, you do need to run it in VR mode.

I use trackir and it's fine. Just start the game in steam VR mode. You need to be in helmet cam for it to work.
