Turkish language for Racer

Hi,

So many games are coming out with Turkish language.I think Racer should has it,too.I can translate it from English to Turkish.There are many players in Turkey and at least you should try to release Turkish language addition.

Check in racer\data\locale and create a locale file.

Then you can upload it here and/or post it to Ruud and I'm sure he'll include it!

In racer.ini > locale, just replace with racer_turkish.txt & you'll have the menu in Turkish.
