why do i get a warning in the first round in ams for speeding?

I assume this is with modded content?

I think it's from the original rfactor that would fine you credits for unsporting behaviour, such as speeding in pitlane. Try comparing the content that is causing the problem's Series (.srs) file to a default Reiza one.
