What pc do I need

I get a simcube 2 pro and a he ultimate pedals but I do not know what pc specs

Wheels and pedals are fundamentally just input devices like a joystick or keyboard so although they also "output" feedback, that's just the device reacting to signals given to it by the game so in isolation they don't need a significant amount of PC horsepower to function regardless of whether it's top end Simucube and Heusinkveld kit or a low end Logitech setup.

Your PC spec choices need to be driven by what sim titles you want to play and what you're displaying it on, for example if all you've got is a 1080p 60hz single screen then you'll get away with a significantly lower spec graphics card than if you have a 144hz 4k ultrawide, triple screens or a high end VR headset etc.
