I think I have seen this steering wheel somewhere before but can't remember and I can't find it in my browser history. It bugs me so much that I feel I have to ask racing experts here for the model or brand of the steering wheel

I cannot find that specific wheel, but the logo is for the Personal brand, which is owned by Nardi-Personal S.p.A.
