Will not setup???

I downloaded the racer0.9.0_rc5b.7z from the racer website, I extracted it with 7-Zip, and I ran Racer.exe.

The problem is: Every time I run the program, I click free drive and an error message pops up. This is the message.

Is this to do with using an old ATI graphics card?

I can't be sure but I think it's ATI related, but since I've never used ATI since about 2002 I'm not sure what the actual fix is.

Anyone?

Maybe, post your videocard model please! I have an ATI for some years and working OK with Racer, some bad shadows but it works.
