Sorry, no new tracks for now. Just a bug fix.
-Spa- fix for bug where DRS zone 1 is activated in race even if car in front is more than 1 second away.

DRS detection point fix for Silverstone and Sepang
-fixed issue with Silverstone DRS detection point 2 when cars need to be within 0.001 to 0.500 sec. to get DRS. Now works within 0.001 to 1.000 sec.
-adjusted Sepang DRS detection point 1 and 2 to work closer at 0.001 to 1.000 sec.
