minor logo and colour tweaks

While working on the #1 Scherer Sport PHX livery (coming very soon) I noticed that some colours and a few sponsor logos weren't quite as accurate as I'd like them to be.

updated details after to reflect changes on the real car

I've redone most of the livery to reflect the changes from the render, including details like the scrutineering sticker and tape around the illuminating panel around the number.
I've also included the first version for anyone who prefers that style of the number and because I already had it :)
