This will add 30 new unique balloon models and a new Fujifilm blimp to almost any track in Assetto Corsa, including dynamic object configs for each model. The balloons and the blimp will start in slightly random positions and move slowly over time at slightly differing speeds and in slightly differing directions.
Balloon models are small and simple so you shouldn't notice any effect on your frame rates.
If it's worth doing, then it's worth overdoing.
Thanks once again to Tberg/Lilski for the blimp model.
Best observed in an open-topped vehicle during the day.

This balloon fiesta should work for just about any track unless:
Note: to avoid checksum errors, only perform the following for tracks that you race offline unless you know how to create a new layout for tracks. You can safely do the following for tracks that you don't race online. If you're subsequently using this track online and want to remove the new balloons to avoid potential checksum errors then make a backup of the original models.ini first so that you can easily revert.
To install:
Simply unzip the file and copy all of the kn5 models into the track folder, then copy the contents of the models.ini (which can be opened with notebook) to the models.ini of the track. You might want to make a copy of the existing track models.ini just to be safe, and to make switching back easy if you're one of those unfortunates who's scared of balloons. Apologies for the nightmares if you are - globophobia is real, people.
If the track already has dynamic models (normally balloons, blimps or planes) then simply renumber the dynamic models number(s) so that they are sequential.
Example: [DYNAMIC_OBJECT_3], edit this digit so that all follow a numerical sequence.
If you feel overwhelmed by the sheer splendor and magnificence of so many balloons then individual balloon kn5s can simply be deleted from the track folder (or renamed) to reduce the numbers - the models.ini doesn't need to be edited.
The balloons and blimp have slightly randomised starting positions and I've done my best to ensure that they won't clash with each other at the extents of the randomness, but if you do notice anything odd or just want to try repositioning any balloons then just put new figures into this line for the dynamic object (balloon) that you want to move (this is an example, the actual numbers will differ):
RND_POS_CENTER=135, 200, -850
(the first and last numbers are coordinates of the balloon in metres relative to the track 0,0,0 datum as viewed from above, and the middle number is the height of the balloon in metres above the track datum).
If you like a particular balloon design then that model can be used individually to replace an existing balloon on tracks that already have balloons. Simply copy the balloon to the track folder and rename the balloon to match what's in the models.ini for that track.
Thirty balloons not enough for you? Simply edit the models.ini to add more. Balloon models can be referenced more than once without issues. First to a thousand wins a balloon with their face on it.
Never trust a person who doesn't like balloons. They're probably evil.

This balloon fiesta should work for just about any track unless:
- the track datums are fubar (rare, but normally caused by a bad track mod)
- the track is excessively hilly (balloons may clip through the landscape depending where the track datum is, but you can easily edit the models.ini to raise the height of the balloons)
- the track has very tall buildings, eg skyscrapers on some city tracks (again, simply raise the height of the balloons to clear very tall buildings).
