Career Progression for 3 seasons 2017-11-05

I thought the normal career mode was very boring and unrealistic. So I did this mod that contains:

• New Engine Deals for 2018-2020
• Realistic driver transfers 2018-2020
• A new team.

Keep in mind:

• The new engine performance is not working if you simulate/fast forwarding. (you have to drive the whole race and watch the quali) I recommend the One-shot quali.
• No helmets or driver numbers are changed
• The new team is only a skin, no clothes yet.
