[Custom Adaptation] RSS Bayer Hybrid (AKA BMW M-Hybrid) Laser Tools MB West Surrey Racing 1.00

I've had this in the drafts for a while. I started it when the mod came out; However, I never got around to finishing it. However, seeming it's coming to the end of the year, I thought I might as well tie up some loose ends.

This is based on the MB Racing BMW Jake Hill ran in the 2023 BTCC season.
