Fix the messed up layouts

No changes apart from finally uploading the corrected layouts (hopefully). Sorry it took so long, I completely forgot about it :(

Some tweaks and added resolutions

Here's a long overdue update of my evoHUD layout.

Changes:

- Keybindings updated to Direct Input instead of the legacy bindings that were used before. There's also the possibility of adding controller button bindings - I've left my controller bindings in the file, but they're commented out by default.

- Some layout tweaks, partly in response to the native HUD changes that also influenced the MFD.

- The layout is no longer strictly 1080p only. I've added variants for 1920x1200 and 3840x2160 resolutions. Yes, there's now an option to use this layout in 4K! Due to this, the installation procedure is now slightly different - unpack the two files in the root folder of the downloaded .zip file to the main Automobilista folder, then pick the appropriate evoHUD.nut file for your resolution of choice from one of the subfolders in the .zip file and put it to the main Automobilista folder as well. The evoHUD.nut file has to end up in the main Automobilista folder!
