Be sure to un install before adding this new one.
The Package rfcmp has a new name and will not overwrite the old. Delete the old one. There's noting in it that is not in the new one.

Thanks to Brototype for help reacquiring all the files from the rfcmp I was able to update this...
No update! read why.

Two thing have happen. The S397 update. This broke the mod (Skins Pack) so is no longer works...
