ETRC Chassis decoder 1.0

i uploaded this chassis decoder. the color_chassis is a DDS file and it is pretty difficult to unpack and make sense if you want to go the extra mile with a paint.

this works with MAN chassis and most others, the Mercedes uses something different i haven't found

it is a photoshop file and a jpg to look at, i included the DDS that is standard
the minion is in the PSD file, but not in every location, i moved it around to find items, and recolored and labeled them.
you may need to make layers visible.
