It is probably working in time trail, bud it block's your inproofments to send to STEAM....?!

Surprising news for you: all car mods including skins or performance mods block time trial and multiplayer. It's not my fault. To delete any mods click right mouse button on game in Steam library - properties - local files - verify integrity.
