F1 2019 Realistic Dirty Air Mod 1.0

The default turbulent air decrease in downforce in F1 2019 is found in the .vtf file of each car as 13%. Obviously, this is nothing close to what drivers experience in real life, in the game it is barely noticeable.

I have increased the value to 45% by changing the slipstream lift modifier to 0.55. The 2017 cars were said to have a 50% loss of downforce when in dirty air, so I have used 45% in hopes that the 2019 regs did at least something.

The effect of the slipstream on drag has been increased slightly as well, from 15% to 20%, making the slipstream more powerful on straights. This was done since I believe Codemasters nerfed the power of slipstreaming due to the dirty air being so weak.

This will make overtaking significantly more difficult, but that was the intended purpose. In my experience, if someone in front of you has a tow it will be quite difficult to catch them due to the ground lost on exit, even with DRS. Strategies that consider the ability to run in clean air will now become more viable, regardless of what paper says is the fastest.
