This is just the F1 23 intro, slightly edited to have all team members in team order, and with the song from the 2007 ITV intro with some background engine noises from Suzuka's Q3 2023.
I tried to upload a little preview on Youtube but it gets copyrighted and blocked from viewing.
Just replace the attract.bk2 from the videos folder in the game, make sure to have a backup of the original one in case you want to revert it back
