tweak and fixes

- bolder Santander & Hublot logos.
- FIAT logo has been replaced to the current one.
- updated Weichai logo with the one used in the mid-season

big thanks to Shawn a.k.a @realitychecked for the noticed the mistakes and help for the few logos!

new livery.png & ui_skin.json

changed the skin name string in the ui_skin.json to "Ferrari #3 4K/8K" & "Ferrari #4 4K/8K", and also changed the livery icon selection for both resolutions and skins. so you won't be confused again when selecting the livery unlike the previous release.
