Satsuma is finished and it is all stock, you dont have to regulate anything, it runs 170km/h with no upgrades. It was regulated at repair shop. 0 needs and 2500 marks.
i wasnt planning to share this file so i bought just a couple things for satsuma but its just seepra covers and suomi covers from teimos shop, fuel mixture gauge, front spoiler (the one without fender flares) and 2 can sprays.
