Fixed alphas for Kunos helmets and BMW 1M 1.0

I fixed the faulty alphas on helmet_1969, helmet_1975, helmet_1985, crew_helmet to make them look more detailed. Like, the balaclava now has fabric texture in the first two while in the latter two the paint detail is visible. I color adjusted crew helmets so they're the color they're supposed to be, like green is green and not yellow-ish. I also fixed the faulty alpha on BMW 1M that made the door handles white on all colors, and in a few skins for 1M S3.

Just unzip and move content folder to AC root folder. Note that this will overwrite default files.
