If you want to get this mod working, you have to install and activate Traffic Planner Tool.

Then, you can install this mod manually. Glencoe is a real region located in the Glen Finnan area of Glencoe in Scotland. The total road length is approximately 75 miles and traffic has been added to all roads with the help of the Traffic Planner Tool.
