Drop car and Track to content menager or
Drop car to assetto corsa installation folder (example: d/programfiles(x86)/steam/steamapps/common/assettocorsa/content/cars)
Drop track to assetto corsa installation folder (example: d/programfiles(x86)/steam/steamapps/common/assettocorsa/content/tracks)

Now You can drop GTEurope.champs files into:
Your PC > Documents > Assettocorsa > Champs
Open Assetto Corsa or Content menager choose Championship
