Update v2.3 - minor tweaks.

Update v2.3 - minor tweaks. Cameras now compatible with all versions of this track, be it 1988 or 1994 versions.

Update v2.2

Update v2.2 - Extensive revisions, and corrected solar positioning, for a an even more authentic look. Works with the 1994 track version, also.

Fixed the start camera atop the main grandstand, into the Tamburello approach.
