Japanese Licence Plates without 'AC' prefix. 2016-08-20

These plates are for less than 2000cc cars such as the Toyota AE86, drift, tuned and standard. The plates are more authentic than the standard AC plates. Copy the Plate_D.dds and the Plate_NM.dds files into your chosen skin within the 'Skin' folder. These will replace the existing plates so you may want to save the original plates first.
