jusk's CART 1998 Custom AI v0.2

1998 CART custom AI file for the F-USA_Gen2 cars. This builds on @gamer19's AI file from @chrisi2174's skinpack, adding a few extra features and tweaks.

Features:

• Historically correct drivers for 1998 tracks currently in AMS2 (five so far), using track-specific overrides. This means, for example, Hiro Matsushita replaces Robbie Gordon at Long Beach and Jacarepagua.
• All driver attributes detailed - each AI driver has a full profile of custom attributes to help create interesting racing and try to reflect driver ability/personality - including distinct qualifying and race skill levels, avoidance of mistakes values and historically accurate mechanical failure rates.
• Track-specific driver performance - for example Bryan Herta performs slightly better at Long Beach and Laguna Seca.
• Spare drivers - includes AI attributes for drivers not included by default, such as Castroneves, Lehto, Moreno, Matsuda, Vitolo, Salles and Sospiri - you can find liveries for some of them here, here and here, which you can sub in if you want to.

To install:
Simply copy the XML file into your
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Automobilista 2\UserData\CustomAIDrivers folder.

This file should work well with @chrisi2174's skinpack. If you are using different skins (e.g. the 'spares' mentioned above), or have any issues with the AI drivers not showing up in game - check to ensure the livery names in the AI XML file match the livery names detailed in the relevant livery override XML files within your ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Automobilista 2\Vehicles\Textures\CustomLiveries\Overrides folder.

Limitations/issues:
- When running a custom championship, points are currently allocated to the car/livery, not the driver.
