Final Release for the APT Racing Mod

This will be the final update for this mod, this mod was created all the way back in 2022 and I've decided to fully release it. This update makes it a lot easier to upload the file into the game by being able to put it straight in using "content" instead of the user needing to go into each individual file.

Changed the name of the file to "APT Racing Martini Livery"

This update changed the file name to "APT Racing Martini Livery" instead of "Gary Kieswetter Black Rims"
