Was working on some plates and made my own template. Figured I might as well share it.

This does not work. The Plate_NM.dds is a layer of the top plate and has to be configured in paint.net. I am working out how to do this as i write.

Works rather well for me. Did you make sure not to name the file differently?

wish i knew how too ad my own plate, I'd want pmc40 but no idea how
