[Version 2.0] Copy/Paste, Invisible Driver Number

[Version 2.0]
This version includes a copy/paste install. If you use copy/paste, please choose number 66 in game to remove driver numbers. If you use copy/paste, it will only be usable with Renault Engines in MyTeam.

Added an invisible driver number DDS file for ERP install.

Always backup your game save.

Added file to remove driver number.

Replace the number file in the same folder as your myTeam car with the invisibleDriverNumber.dds file to remove driver number. Replace whatever number you use in game.
