PlayerHUD (Speedometer) 1.0

a simple speedometer for the player, shows up in the top right, bellow the FPS gauge, you can adjust the smoothing of the speedometer in mod settings, without smoothing, while driving cars it'll jump around a lot.

plan to add a toggle feature, so it isnt enabled all the time... and maybe some other stats
