Well it's back to the drawing board, decided to - try - to
normalize the either overbright or exceeding darkness
lighting in the cockpit view by using a dynamic tonemap
through reshade.
The approach of tweaking the games shaders through
3dmigoto throws to many curve balls given certain conditions,
weather - time of day - season when it comes to illumination
in the cockpit.
The reshade approach is consistent how ever has a bit
less impact see the added screenshot for an impression.

update 18/11/2020 (only for option b cockpit version v1.4)
- removed shader tweaks for cockpit with exception off
the tunnel and snow shaders, reduction of brightness
and darkness now done with a dynamic tonemap by reshade
effects all camera views but is intended for cockpit view.
