great in 2024,just tried the sm on greek road circuit,i can't believe this is ride 2,amazing work
i was looking for a realistic riding experience in a game for ever...i just tried this mod and i am hooked!!! i can just play for hours trying to get better entry and cornering speeds. Iespecially love the feedback from my xbox gamepad letting me know i am close to falling. Well done sir

It's for mix with others mods. If you want only de RCPM just copy the data.mix file ( always remember to backup the original )

Unfortunately since they changed the engine to Unreal Engine isn't possible to mod physics anymore...

Great work! Improves gaming expirience
Feels a bit to sensitive compared to real life.
You cant really brake into a corner like you can in real life. (or just has to do with the trigger in my controller)

What do I do with the RCPM_MODFILES?
where do i place these bml files?

In real life, when you brake,the bike only remain standed because of the deformation of the tire with the force of the braking, making the bike goes up as yo put more force on the brakes. This behavior doesn't exists in this game, so you need to stand up manually if you wnat to use more braking.

This folder is just the modded files separatelly. So if you want to mix the mod with another mod you can get just the files I've modded.

Front wheel brake needs to be more permissive, 10% is way too low, bikes act like there is no steering damper under heavier braking in a straight line.

The brakes are permissive enough since 6.3 version... The mod is based on a XBOX 360 Standard controller. 10% was in the version 6... Heavier braking must be done in a smoothly way in the start (to transfer the weight) you even can use 100% braking but you must be careful and control the force due to locks or slips of the front tire.
This mod makes playing far more enjoyable as handling is more precise and predictable. Brakes take some time to get used to but in the end they are better than original. Beautiful work!

The front-brake is waaaaay tooo sensible in my opinion. You must have to brake a little bit in corners for keeping the fork compressed and prevent grip loss.

But it is this way... it's possible about 10% of braking use... I'll change that to be a bit more permissive...
@Dyego JhOu, I'm in such a hurry with you excellent mod and Ride 2 that hardly have time to write this. It's a great pleasure to use , making Ride 2 more challenging and more enjoyable. Wonderful job you have done, thanks for sharing it. Loving the mod.

Fantastic MOD!
I usually drive vintage bikes, lapping nurbugring in 7.51 with honda rc30 is very realistic,i'm not so far from the official laptime for this bike that is 7:49.71 on 23 may 1993 with Helmut Dähne as rider.
Original physic is much permissive, with this mod is another game but i find difficult to drive bikes with more then 150 horsepower using keyboard.

I strongly recommend you to find a joypad. Half of the challenge is about be smooth with the controls. The MOD was built under tests in a XBOX 360 controller.
