I wonder if there is a way to change flags so you can put drivers like Alain Prost and legendary Ayrton Senna to their McLaren's. That would be great

It's impossible, and anyway it will be unreal that in 2017 Ayrton Senna drive an f1 car

Please help - When opening with 7-zip it gave the following error: "Cannot open file '~/Real Classic Drivers [ITA].rar' as archive." Could you maybe try re-compressing the file and uploading, or just send me the uncompressed file. Thank you so much!
