fixed error in default setup

*to make sure that the new version will not give problems I advise you to do a clean install of this one not to overwrite the previous version.*

some people had a bug with the factory setup, it seems to be a bug with the original mod, if you still have this bug I recommend you to use the 1.79 version of csp.

I've fixed it anyway so there shouldn't be any major problems.
Patch 1.2
-Minimum front axle height error fixed
-sparking effect when the floor touches the asphalt added
-default set-up improved
-gearbox adjusted for these tyres
-default pressure on set-up adjusted
-and other minor errors in the mod data

next updates... Rain tyres????
