Step 1 : Add a little touch of bloom very diffuse.
Step 2 : Adjust the exposure for shadows, midtones and highlights.
Original tonemap is preserved while producing a rich, detailed and contrasted image.

Currently, I know nothing about rf2 moding but I will look for an easier way to install the stuff.
