Fix for latest Experimental/Stable

-Fixed for Latest Experimental/Stable Release
-changed the rims
-made suspension stiffer
-the shock absorbers no longer show through the trunk
-the License Plate now is on the fuel hatch

This update adds a clock to the dashboard thank particleicicle
the windows are now clean and the ferndale no longer turns like a boat
