Slovenia GP 1.2

Update:
-Added a DRS Zone at the Start/Finish straight. DRS Detection point visible by a line before the last corner. The start of the DRS Zone is visible by 2 DRS Signs and a white line.

-Added more sponsors to walls and the track in general for more realism.

-Some minor tweaks to kerbs.

-Kerbs where the track is going uphill or downhill are now white beause there is a bug that they would not stick to the ground if they have a color.

-A few new grandstands.

-The white line has been moved closer to the kerbs in some corners.

[IMPORTANT]

Unfortunately I could not add a speed limit for the pit lane.

If anyone knows how the add a pit lane speed limit for an RTB track in kseditor please make a review and explain it to me. Thank you.
