Added Modular Mods installation!

NOTE
Things included in the list below are only avaible in this version v1.5 which is only Modular installation, if you want to use Copy&Paste version go into HISTORY (under Download button) and click download on v1.4.

For Modular mods I added followed:
-New Pit Gantry
-Garage livery
-Careerhub Interior (wall,doors,pen,mug, etc.)
-Updated Car Monitor
-Pitperch

I highly recommend using modular mods! : )
