Here is the total upgrade for the 2000 mod by @PedroXIII (made by @chianamik) but due to some reasons it was taken down months ago so I reupload it.

3 stars for now because of the tyre change rule, I cant do a proper grand prix because of it, is there anyway I can disable it?

this is not my mod. if u want no tire change rule then do 3 laps or 5 laps.
