v1.2 - Slight updates to livery now that the car is on-track testing at Daytona

v1.2 - Slight updates to livery now that the car is on-track testing at Daytona. Mustard yellow stripes added between blue stripes on doors, Escort logos added to front corners, Toni Vilander's name replaced with Markus Palttala's. Readme added. Game menu image remains as it was before.
